ISO 9001:2008 Registered, CHINA STEEL INC. is a privately owned, multi-disciplined, independant company strategically located at the hub of the Great Lakes in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario Canada. This central location allows the company to concentrate on direct service to all parts of Canada and the industrial heartland of the United States of America although manufactured products have also been supplied to countries in Europe, Asia, and South America.

Our clients are General Contractors, Steel Mills, Paper Mills, Mines, Engineering Firms, Designers, Distributors, and other Manufacturers.

OUR OBJECTIVES:

Our main objective is to establish a long term working relationship with a reliable client base for the supply of custom manufactured steel and or alloy equipment and prodcuts.

A qualified and experienced executive team, coupled with a capable administrative and technical support staff efficiently handles and processes all orders and tasks.

OUR MARKETS:

Firmly established in Sault Ste. Marie for over forty years, CHINA STEEL INC. has proven itself to be a reliable and successful custom equipment manufacturer, steel fabricator, supplier and erector with major markets mainly in Northern Ontario. Other areas throughout Ontario, the rest of Canada, the USA, South America, and countries overseas have also been serviced with equal success.

PLANTS AND OFFICES:

CHINA STEEL INC. services its customers from a clean, modern, efficient, and technically advanced 26180 square foot primary manufacturing facility located on a 3.03 acre site in Sault Ste. Marie's Industrial Park. Secondary facilities located nearby provide us with an additional 19500 square feet for fabrication on a 9.50 acre site with a third facility offering another 15000 square feet on a 2.0 acre site. All plants have easy access to major truck routes via the Trans Canada Highway 17 in Ontario and U.S. Interstate 75 in Michigan. Alternate arrangements can also be made to ship goods or products by air, rail, or marine carrier if necessary.
